First Sauna Session Guarantee

The guarantee, in plain terms

Use your first KOLDWR pair during a real sauna session. If it does not fit comfortably or does not provide the cooling experience described on our product page, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of that first pair.

What is covered

• One KOLDWR boxer brief per customer or household, from your first order.
• The refund covers the price you paid for that pair (or, if you bought a multi-kit order, the per-kit price you paid for one kit).
• The pair may have been worn and used in the sauna. That is the point of the guarantee.

What is not covered

• Additional pairs beyond the first. Unworn additional pairs are covered by our standard 30-day return policy.
• Original shipping charges.
• Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date.
• More than one claim per customer or household.

How to claim

1. Email support@koldwr.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what did not work: fit, comfort, or cooling.
3. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear does not need to be mailed back. We may ask for a photograph showing that the waistband has been cut before issuing the refund. This confirms the pair is out of use without making you ship used underwear, which nobody wants.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

The fine print

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly on koldwr.com. It exists so you can test KOLDWR in a real sauna session without betting on it sight unseen. We reserve the right to refuse claims that show signs of abuse of the policy. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
