The 30-Day Guarantee

Unused pairs in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us for a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us, and we refund you in full once it's on its way back.

For hygiene reasons, pairs that have been opened or worn can't be returned or refunded.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your kit or a gel pack arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.

Gel packs

Defective gel packs are replaced free. No need to return them.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@koldwr.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders ship free from the US as soon as the next production run lands.
